Location was ideal - near Pike Place and a train station to the airport. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Would use this location again.

It’s a great place! Near to Westlake st. So I didn’t had to carry for a long time my luggage, the guys who received my things were nice and fast to store them and when I went back they made sure to check my QR code so I could get them back, I recommend!

Convenient, good service. Location is a convenience store. was not clear from outside that it's the right place for luggage storage. Suggest outdoor sign. Also location is a bit grimy outside.

Close to pike place market and other downtown attractions, and super easy access to the light rail. Reasonable price. Easy process and good service. The only con would be that it is located in a cigarette store, so there were a bunch of homeless and drug abusers hanging around right in front of the store, with a couple wandering into the store sometimes. If you are here with children, the experience can be a bit disturbing.

Both gentlemen were so professional and polite. We dropped off our luggage. They stored it easily quickly professionally and when we came back, they recognized us and we got our luggage and it was very smooth in and out! I highly recommend this business to store your luggage if you want a total around Seattle waiting for your flight!

Great location steps from Westlake Light Rail station. Friendly and welcoming staff.
