预订体验很好，存放地点也不错。不过，由于我携带了一台笔记本电脑，我本以为行李会被存放在储物柜或更安全的地方。我的背包--离开前我尽职地挂上了锁--被放在了酒店厨房的桌子上。

The booking experience was fine and the storage location was good. However, I was expecting to have my luggage stored in a locker or safer place since I was carrying a laptop. My backpack - which I dutifully padlocked before leaving - was left on a table in the hotel kitchen.

Very friendly, receptionist , she also gave us helpful advice on getting around. Drop off was quick and easy! Only negative is you need to get the bags up stairs.
