我不喜欢储物间里有台阶……因为行李很重，下台阶很不方便……位置倒是不错。

I didn't like that the storage had steps ... the steps down was inconvenient because luggage was heavy... The location was good.

预订很容易，但广告上的价格有点误导人。有问题的是，当我们到达目的地时，那里还有一个行李寄存处，却没有任何，我是说任何迹象或信息表明这里也有 Radical 寄存空间。我们不得不进去询问，然后一个脾气有点暴躁的工作人员说他们也有 Radical 仓库。除此以外，服务本身（存储）运行良好，达到了预期目的。

Booking was easy, althou advertising about the pricing was bit missleading. What was problematic, was that when we got to the location, there was another luggage storage and not any, I mean ANY signs or mentions that the place also had Radical storagespace as well. We had to go in and ask, then a bit grumpy staffmember said that they house Radical as well. Other than that the service itself (storage) worked well and fullfilled it purpose.

我们预订的第一个地方关门了，这不是一个好的开始，但是应用程序上的工作人员很好地安排了另一个地方，从那以后一切都很顺利。

The First place we booked was closed , not a good start however the staff on the App great at sorting another place and everything went well from there .

去了网站上提供的大楼，已经关门。也不知道真正的仓库在哪里。我打了门上的电话，大约过了 15 分钟他才回话，说在路边的另一栋楼里。之后的服务很简单，也很有帮助。一开始很烦人，但找到解决办法后就好了。

Went to the building provided on the website, CLOSED. No info on where the real storage is. Called the number on the door, took about 15 for him to get back and say its another building down the road. Then service was was easy and helpful. Annoying start but fine once we had a solution.
