My friend and I had been visiting Carlsbad, we had a red eye home and wanted to spend time in San Diego. After some research found the app, realized we wouldn't have to haul our luggage all day and made it happen! The experience was great, all done with our phone to confirm the reservation and ro pick up our bags. Everything felt safe and secure. I'm traveling ro Europe in August and have already identified luggage storage through the app.
