First time I have used this service was in Southampton for day located facing train station very easy to drop bag off when returned he just scanned my bar code and returned my bag ideal service

Highly recommended. Storing some of our bags while we went on a short trip nearby made things much easier. Drop-off and pick-up were easy, the location close to Tokyo station was convenient, and staff were very friendly. Hot tip: Look for the app logo on the door because Google Maps showed a street view of the British pub next door instead.

I am giving 5 stars because it was quick and you can be on your way quite fast. I would like to ask the app support or the shop owner to make it easier to find the location of the place/shop where the luggage would be stored. Thanks.

Ideal this. Left the luggage with Radical while we went out. Early check outs aren't a worry no more when you got baggage to carry and nice lads too.
