地理位置优越。位置有点难找（如果您从 Cinque Terre 出发，请往车站左侧走--报刊杂志商店）。工作人员很好相处，在办理行李托运和退房手续方面非常专业。

Great location. A bit difficult to locate (towards the left side of the station if you are coming from Cinque Terre - newspaper/magazine store). Staff were great to deal with and very professional in terms of check in/out with bags.

Fantastic service all round. Luke was extremely helpful to me downloading info. I also overheard him talking to another customer about directions. He was clear, polite and extremely pleasant, taking his time to make sure the customer understood.

Google maps took us straight to location. Only thing was that we were looking for a storage place not a shop, until we saw the little sign outside. The bag shop owner was welcoming and helpful. Took photos of luggage after scanning our QR code. Took us through to where the bags would be left. Collection, again scanned QR code and took us to our bags. Good safe service.
