The location of the facility is great being near to the station within walking distance. The staff was friendly and prompt in their response. The only issue was outdoor facility and the courtyard was full of small pebbles so heavy luggage pulling was difficult

The merchant stores your luggage behind the counter where customers can't reach. Very safe and secure. Great customer service. Would recommend to anyone looking to have their luggage stored for the day. It's near Penn Station, very convenient for heading to lga afterwards.

Great service. Guys were so friendly and efficient, as was the lady when we picked our bags up. Location was close to the station. Will definitely use again if we’re in York. Highly recommend.

店裡的店員非常友善且樂於助人。在店裡透過 QR 碼線上預約並將行李寄存，過程十分順利。我們在約定時間取回行李，並確信在我們外出期間行李都存放得十分安全。非常推薦！

The person at the shop was very friendly and helpful. No problem with booking online at the shop - via QR code- and leaving our bags there. Picked up at agreed time and felt it was safely stored while we were away. Would recommend!
