Very easy to book and drop off the bag. I hadn't realised I was going to an offsite location that was in fact a budget supermarket. Once I had figured that out, the person who received my bag seemed a bit vague and took a photo of my QR code, saying that he would show it to his colleague - then took my bag, which seemed a bit haphazard. But the help/support process was excellent and put my mind at rest. No doubt a teething issue, but I was happy to leave my bag as overall I trusted the process.

Location could not be better having arrived at Paignton station. BUT one has to go through the front entrance of the Cost cutters mini supermarket and ask them if this is the place for my suitcase left luggage. They said yes but did not provide and receiving slip. However they knew my case and no problem in getting it back.
