Everything was very simple, downloaded the app, booked the slot, was then given exact details woth pic of the location and dropped the bag. Very easy and practical.

This was a fine place to leave my bags. Just keep in mind it’s a bit hard to find. It’s in a hardware store and the hours are limited to normal working hours.

正如之前有人提到的，Radical Luggage 提供的地址有误——正确地址应为 Gvožđarija MEŠA（Trg Ivana Krndelja, Mostar 88000）。梅赫梅特（Mehmet）非常友善，是个特别亲切的人，他让我们整个取件过程变得非常顺利。虽然他不会说英语，但会使用翻译软件，沟通起来完全没问题。我们在店铺打烊前取回了行李，当时大约是下午4点，他还向我们推荐了很棒的美食。

As people have previously mentioned the location provided by Radical Luggage is incorrect - instead it is called Gvožđarija MEŠA (Trg Ivana Krndelja, Mostar 88000). Mehmet was incredibly kind and is a very sweet person who made the process very easy for us. He doesn’t speak English however he uses a translation app and it works perfectly fine. We collected the luggage before the store closes which was around 4pm and he gave great food recommendations.

太棒了！！就在加油站后面，不是租车行，而是一家叫“mesa”的五金店。强烈推荐！

Very nice!! Just behind the gas station, not a car rental but a hardware store called “mesa”. Would highly recommend!
