A guy at the shop is very kind and helpful. He told me that I booked the storage at the other shop nearby which is permanetly closed. First I was so upset with the Radical Storage why it didn't remove inactive partner out of its booking platform. After messaging with its super responsive call center, they apologied and offered to look for another shop nearby. I told them to change my booking to the shop nearby. I have got new booking email for the service at the shop in no time. 👍

El personal muy amable y la revisión de los datos fue rápida. El lugar muy céntrico y se siente un sitio seguro para guardar el equipaje, les colocan un elemento seriado al recibir tu equipaje para asegurar que las maletas no son manipuladas y lo retiran cuando te las entregan. 方便上下車。開放時間至晚上 8 點。從火車站很容易到達。只是進入商店有三個大台階，所以如果您有很重的包或無法攜帶，可能會有問題。當我們回來時，很容易就可以取回我們的行李。

Easy drop off and pick up. Open until 8pm. Easily accessible from the train station. Just had 3 large steps to get into the shop so if you have a very heavy bag or can not carry it up that may be an issue. Upon our return, was very easy to collect our bags.
