We used this Bag storage service close to Madrid Train Station during our trip last summer and it was a great experience. Finding the location was simple and the staff welcomed us with a smile. The drop-off process was very fast, so we could enjoy Madrid City Centre without carrying heavy suitcases around all day. The place felt secure and much better organized compared to other luggage lockers we have used before. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid for a few days.
