Five out of five stars for the Su casa at Venice Beach storage location d/t their flexibility when they found out I had booked multiple days, and when I had to have a change of time of pick up, the Front Desk was really nice& patient. 3 out of five stars for the radical storage due to inaccurate information regarding the hotel site, not letting the hotel know that multiple days can be booked.

Very grateful to have been able to drop off my luggage even though it was 30 minutes early!
