Easy and convenient. W6 hotel is a 10 min walk from Hammersmith station, with the Eventim Apollo also not far away. They ask you to take a pic of your luggage so you can show them it on your return and they grab it for you from the secure storage. £6 is much cheaper than the £15 I would’ve spent taking the tubes to my partner’s to dump it and come back and go again otherwise!

No issues. But there was no sort of receipt or tags, just handed the bag over and that was it, so felt a bit informal , but no issues otherwise
