Byli jsme očekáváni, vse proběhlo hladce.

Easy to book, chose flexible option as timings weren't certain. Instructed to take photo of bag before handing it over and showed the photo to collect. Odd little room in a hotel by the look of it, never went inside, but bags safely collected so all good. Actually a short walk from the tube station, not quite as advertised.

Es war sehr einfach, unsere zwei Gepäckstücke dort zu hinterlassen. Das Team war überaus freundlich, die Abholung ohne Probleme. Immer wieder gerne!!

Efficient and everything as per left and collected. Opportunity to provide more signage to identify services.

Easy dropoff and pickup, guy at the front puts it in the office space right there and as far as I can tell he is always there or he locks it.

We dropped off our bags with ease and it made life so much easier to spend the day looking around London then again collected with ease HOWEVER… I would not describe this as a “left luggage” or “storage” facility… they were literally “dumped” in the corner of a tiny reception office and left there for the day… no receipt when leaving them there, minimal, if any security. I won’t be using this location again. I’d prefer pay twice the money for a proper, well run, formal left luggage facility.
