My partner and I are traveling from the states and needed help with extra luggages from all the souvenir we bought to be transported near Narita Airport. At first, we had a hard time locating where the luggage storage area was but it’s actually a service provided by Yamato Transport! Reception/front desk is past the glass door on the right. One worker spoke minimal English while another used a translator device so booking was a breeze. Once we scanned the QR code to fill out our pickup/flight information, paid 5,409 yen for two heavy luggages, signed a confirmation form, and we were on our way. They were super helpful every step of the way to make sure we were at ease. Do keep in mind the maximum amount of bags you can provide are 6 due to the limited space they have. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend using this service again!

Seems strange to leave your bag in a grocery shop but all worked perfectly! Easy drop off and collection.

Finding a spot in Boston to stash my bag for a day and a half was incredibly easy through the site. The drop-off and pick-up were seamless, and I felt my belongings were totally secure.
