我们收到了两封邮件，上面有两个不同的二维码和两个不同的数字代码（一个是英文，一个是西班牙文），不知道哪个才是有效的。由于现场没有工作人员提供帮助，我们花了一些时间才进入选定的地点和储物柜。我给它打 4 分，因为使用说明造成了不必要的混乱。一旦我们弄明白了如何进入，就会觉得非常方便。我会向您推荐。酒店非常干净。

We received two emails with two different QR codes and two different number codes (one in English, one in Spanish), and it was not intuitive which was the valid one. Because there were no staff on the premises to assist, it took us a while to access our selected location and locker. I give it a 4 because of the unnecessary confusion with the instructions. Once we figured out access, it was very convenient. I would recommend. Premises were very clean.

Excellent system but difficult to find the location. It would be good to know the size of the lockers to help choose the right one for our baggage.
