The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, making me feel welcome right away. They were very helpful throughout the process. I also enjoyed browsing the shop, as they sold incense and traditional Japanese souvenirs. It was a nice bonus to be able to do a bit of shopping while storing my luggage. Overall, I highly recommend this place for both its convenience and excellent service!
