奥のレストランのような部屋に保管してくれました。玄関を開けたら奥まで丁寧に荷物を運んでくれて良かったです。旧市街やドンサン市場から近いので助かりました。

I was travelling to Sapa from Singapore and flew into Hanoi on 21 Sep at around noon time. Our overnight bus to Sapa is at 11pm, thus need a place to store the luggage while we explore Hanoi. Stumbled upon Radical Storage apps when I was planning my trip and thought I give it a try. Upon reaching Hanoi, I search in the apps and was able to find a storage area near the Saoviet bus departure point at the old quarter. Decided to book it and it was a breeze. Select location, make payment and a QR code was provided on the apps. Proceed to the storage area, which turns out to be a small hotel. The procedure was simple, hand our luggage over to the reception, received a luggage tag. When picking up, just present the luggage to the receptionist and that's all. It was such an easy procedure and we decided to use the same service on our way back from Sapa. The charge is per piece of luggage and is very affordable. The apps can be use in many countries around the world. Will definitely use this apps for my next trip if I need luggage storage services.
