Our experience with the store owner where we left our luggage was very good. The owner was very nice and friendly. The only problem I have with this company is they advertise a set price for each peace of luggage but when you go to pay, they force you to pay for baggage insurance. I already have baggage insurance on my credit card and travel insurance. Since they make you purchase baggage insurance on top of the quoted rate it is deceptive advertising on the per baggage rate. This is not good business practice.
