Freundlicher Service, alles bestens

The storage was in the back of a kiosk, which didn’t feel very secure. When we dropped off our luggage, the shop owner seemed a bit aggressive. Later, when we returned, a different staff member handled things but didn’t seem to understand the process, causing some confusion. That said, the idea is very practical when traveling and needing a place to store bags. The experience wasn’t bad overall, but better staff training and a more professional approach would make it better.

The Radical Storage is in a little shop. Look for the signs in the windows of a house #72-74. There will be a small blue sheet with the name - Radical Storage. Everything went smooth and good. The guy scans your QR code, which was sent to email. And that is it!
