The problem is that the drop off address is only informed after booking. So this is very inconvenient. Also, because they use other business’s shops, you kinda wonder if you are in the right place. As suggestion, their affiliates should have a sticker or sign in front of their shop indicating that they are affiliated to Radical brand somehow. Overall, the booking prcess is simple, payment is easy, but this about the address and not informing that they dont own the shops, should be informed.

I love the service! The owner is very understanding and helpful! He can speak some English too, which was a massive help! He keeps the suitcases inside his shop so they aren't limited by storage size. The building is right at the corner of the road so it's easy to find, we did struggled a bit because the sign was not in English so make sure to match the Japanese letters with the yellow sign on the 2nd floor. We will definitely visit this place again when visiting Ueno Zoo and Ueno Park!
