Pick up and drop off was smooth. There were about 10 steps up to the restaurant, so you'll have to carry your luggage up and down.

The storage area was basically the front desk of the restaurant. Please keep in mind that the smell of the food might be a concern if you care. And there's a staircase that you would have to carry your luggage up to the second floor. We booked the reservation the night before, and we had many luggage, it was very convenient, but I thought they would have a room dedicated to storage.

Der Herr war sehr freundlich, trotz geringem Englisch hat alles super geklappt. Trotzdem sein Laden eigentlich zur Abgabezeit gar nicht geöffnet hat, war er auf die Minute pünktlich vor Ort, scannte den QR Code ab und liess mich ein Foto vom Gepäck machen. Super und eine grosse Erleichterung für uns. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
