It was a very helpful and easy way to keep safe our luggage and have a nice walk in the city, near our hotel. Thank you.

The location was central and, once we had found it the first time, easy to access. We felt our bags were secure there. However, the directions were not very clear (we had to ask in a nearby shop) and there were no instructions for opening the security door to get into the building - we were lucky that another customer came out within a few minutes. The storage facility was also down a steep flight of stairs which was not mentioned prior to booking.

Everything is very well organized with online booking. We stored and then picked up our luggage without any problems. Location is also great, since it's pretty close to the old city centre.

Can't fault it. Directions given, access and greetings were suberb. Much appreciated.
