First time user here. there was a glitch in the system. I booked last minute & when I showed up I hadn’t received an email nor did it show in the app. It did show in Apple Pay so he verified the time I booked and length of time & allowed me to drop off my luggage. I received the email later & I figured out why it didn’t show in the app. I was not logged in using my Apple ID & used Apple Pay. Later I logged in using my Apple ID & it was there. Lesson learned & a great experience exploring Boston luggage free

Great service and very convenient experience in Boston. Booking was quick and easy, and the luggage drop-off process was smooth from start to finish. The location was practical, the staff were friendly, and we felt confident leaving our bags there. We actually used the same storage location twice before returning to Spain, and both times everything worked perfectly, from drop-off to pick-up. A simple, reliable and very useful service.

I highly recommend this convenient bag storage service located right in Boston Downtown. It made my visit to Boston so much more comfortable since I didn't have to carry my heavy items all afternoon.

While the place doesn’t inspire security, my bags were as I left them with 2 laptops still in them. The store is a bit small and it gets crowded really easily.
