- 扣一星，因为该应用提供的地址和行程有误。不得不通过谷歌地图搜索应用上显示的店铺名称，才找到正确的地址。这让人很焦虑，还多走了不少没计划的路（对于行动不便的人来说，这相当吃力）。这家店地理位置优越，距离公共交通不远，行动不便的残障人士也能轻松到达（我是助行器使用者，我认为轮椅使用者应该也能应付，但无法确认）。工作人员热情友好且专业。店铺干净整洁。周边环境让人感觉很安全。因此，最终我放心将行李寄存于此。取件过程快捷方便。价格公道，尤其是考虑到我的行李体积较大，而且是临时预订。总而言之，我会推荐这家店。

-1star for issues with the app providing a wrong address & itinerary. Had to search on Google maps for the name of the shop provided on the app to find the right address. Was stressful and lots of unplanned walk (which for someone with mobility issues can be taxxing). The shop is well located, not far from public transportation and is accessible to disabled people with some mobility issues (I'm a rollator user. I think a wheelchair user could manage as well but can't confirm). Staff was welcoming and professional. Shop was clean and tidy. The neighbourhood felt safe. So in the end, I felt safe leaving my luggage there. Retrieving it was fast and easy. Price was fair, especially since it was a big luggage and my booking was last minute. All in all I would recommend.

-1star for issues with the app providing a wrong address & itinerary. Had to search for the shop on GMaps with the name provided on the app to find the place. Was stressful. The shop is well located, not far from public transportations + is accessible to people with mobility issues (I am a rollator user). The staff was welcoming and professional. I felt safe storing my luggage there. Retrieving it was fast & easy. The price was fair imo especially since it was a big luggage. Would recommend.
