Excelente opción para pasear sin cargar equipaje.

While prices and choice of multiple locations were both reasons for choosing Radical Storage, the follow through was generally unsatisfactory. I arrived at the selected storage location only to be greeted with a blank stare. They had not received notification of my booking. I had booked 3 pieces of luggage to be stored, but the airline had lost 1 piece and the "angel" refused to accept it, if I had the airline deliver it to them. They did not want to be responsible for possible damage that the airline had caused. So, I contacted customer service through chat and was told I would receive a refund for the third piece within 5 days. That never appeared. I contacted them again, and this time, a partial refund came through. It took another chat and a couple more emails before I was fully refunded.

Finding a location was easy. The store owner was friendly and gave us a few tips about the city. We felt it was a secure and trustworthy place to leave our belongings.

The Angel was great, friendly, and we are very satisfied with how they took care of our luggage. Excellent service, thank you.

A quick & easy drop off and pick up. Our Angel was polite & helpful. Definately recomended. Used in October 2022.
