Amazing people! Went way beyond the luggage storage, gave me an umbrella for the downpour, let me repack in the lobby, charged my phone using their charger and washrooms. The location is central, close to the M1, M2 and marmaray lines, it is central for anyone who wants to shift modes of transport from Bus to flight for example. The bus station is 150m away, the T1 Tram is about half a kilometer away too. It is close to the ferry terminals as well. I had an amazing experience with them. Makes me want to choose this hotel to stay next time in Istanbul!
