Staffs are REALLY helpful and nice!! She helped me to go to the other side of the office when my cab was missing the pickup point after I dropped my luggage. Then when I picked up my super big luggage, another staff helped carrying it down because it was raining. Pleasant experience!!

Great location. but it is not completely self-service. There is a person who takes the suitcase and places it simply behind the counter. You need internet access to place an order on the website. Your suitcase will only be accepted after you receive the QR code.
