I was sus initially, but learned this was at a reputable hotel and the staff was very helpful, courteous and not dismissive (an initial fear of storing bags at a hotel I’m not staying at). Would definitely recommend this location and the service by radical storage.

The hotel is right near both tram and bus stations, and the staff is super friendly, they let me use the lobby bathroom when i checked out. I payed extra to be able to pick up at a flexible schedule which i would recommend if you're jot sure about your schedule. a great experience, everything was exactly as i had left it. super affordable and so clutch to move around SD without ur luggage!!!

Good and easy

Storing my luggage during my trip was very convenient. Great location and friendly staff made me feel safe. Thanks to that, I could explore the city comfortably.

Was very easy to book and safe storage. The place is a hotel and in the middle of San Diego. It's only 15 minutes walk to the seaside and one minute to the Gaslamp area. Recommended.

Staff was nice. Luggage was dirty when we went to pick it up. Looked like saw dust or something all over it.
