Highly recommended. Storing some of our bags while we went on a short trip nearby made things much easier. Drop-off and pick-up were easy, the location close to Tokyo station was convenient, and staff were very friendly. Hot tip: Look for the app logo on the door because Google Maps showed a street view of the British pub next door instead.

I am giving 5 stars because it was quick and you can be on your way quite fast. I would like to ask the app support or the shop owner to make it easier to find the location of the place/shop where the luggage would be stored. Thanks.

Ideal this. Left the luggage with Radical while we went out. Early check outs aren't a worry no more when you got baggage to carry and nice lads too.
