We almost miss our booking time because traffic was awful getting back to Montparnasse but the 24/7 support line helped me to quickly modify the pick-up time. They were really helpful and polite even though I was definitely panicking. The hotel Angel was ready for us when we finally showed up and the whole process saves us from having to drag our bags onto the train.

We spent the whole day touring Paris worry-free knowing our passports and valuables were covered by that big insurance guarantee. It was nice knowing the Angel location was a vetted hotel not just some sketchy basement locker. The lady at the front desk was super professional when we picked up our stuff; it truly gave us peace of mind.

I had two massive roller bags plus a carry-on and I was freaking out about finding storage at Montparnasse Station. Luckily, Radical Storage accepted everything with their fixed price, no judging or extra fees for size which is awesome. The drop-off Angel was a neat little shop right near the exit and the check-in process was so smooth and easy. Highly recommend if you got big luggage!
