Easy to find- staff didn’t seem very reassuring at drop off- I later got a message to remind me to drop off my bag - when I went to collect he looked at me Blankly and said what bag?? They found it and it was as left but wouldn’t use again

Location was close to a metro stop and easy to find based on the instructions given. Store owner who took our luggage was nice and communicative. He even went above and beyond - the handle broke on one piece of luggage on my flight and I let him know when we dropped it off so he could be careful with it, then when we picked up the luggage he had glued the handle back together for me so I could use it to pull my luggage with it again. Amazing!!

The people were friendly, but everyone seemed confused about who was supposed to help me and what they were supposed to do. Both drop off and pickup took a while, as they figured out what to do. Still, the location was convenient to my meeting and it was helpful to leave my luggage behind.

Quick service, friendly staff, no issues whatsoever.

Easy , drop bags off . Spend the day visiting places luggage free and return for your big bag later and head to the airport .
