Hello, we were looking for a close place. it said in the app it was 2 minutes, while actually it was 9 minutes. Going in rainy London with language for 9 minutes is not fun. Also, in the WhatsApp there was no accurate address. We had to search and ask people. Arriving, they asked for QR code we didn't have. Only after few minutes we understood it was in the email. In addition, it is expensive. Especially the fee for insurance. Overall, we were not so happy...

Found a location which offered 24 hour access, near to Victoria Coach Station. Price was reasonable, process straightforward. Staff were really helpful, absolutely seamless from end-to end. Highly recommended.
