这是我第一次使用这种服务，原本不太确定会是什么样子。结果还行。看到行李箱就堆在一家小礼品店里，离门口只有几步之遥，这让我有点意外。我觉得这地方不太安全。工作人员还行。取件凭证就是让我出示寄件时按要求拍的照片——本以为安全措施会更严密些。

This was the 1st time I had ever used this type of service. Wasn’t sure what to expect. It was ok. Was surprised to see that the bags were just piled up a couple of steps in a tiny gift shop. I didn’t feel this was particularly secure. Staff were ok. Proof of collection was to show the picture they asked me to take as I dropped my case off- thought it would be more security conscious.
