The location is east of the major attractions in Rouen, but Rouen is completely walkable so whether this location fits your purpose of not, depends on where you are coming from and going to. I enjoyed my walk to reach it as I encountered interesting scenery along the way. The shop owner was diligent and super kind. This is the only Radical location I was aware of that had morning hours.
