Storage and collection were straightforward. Once we arrived at the postcode location it took around 20 minutes to locate the bag drop. No signage whatsoever. No directions in the emails received. A local policeman had never heard of the company. By accident I actually went into the location, a phone repair shop, to ask for help. Be more precise and helpful please.
