The process of booking the locker was super easy, and the price is very fair for the piece of mind and no hassle experience. We used the Hotel Convento Cadiz (the perfect location to get to the stations), the staff was very nice, and the whole process was so smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend it!

Overall a good experience and would use this service again, but given a 4 star rating for two reasons. Whilst it was easy to book and with the QR code easy to drop off and pick up the luggage, not having the exact address until after booking made it hard to identify which location would be best depending on our plans for the day. Also, the extra cost for insurance wasn't clear up front - it's only a few euros but it could affect someone's choice and should be clear along with the cost per bag.
