查找、寄存和取回行李都非常方便，距离火车站很近。我的行李完好无损且安全无虞。我寄存了5个行李箱，本计划寄存5天，但后来没能按时取回，这时应用里已经出现了延长1天的选项，操作快捷简便。下次旅行我肯定还会选择他们。

Very easy to find, dispatch and pick up your luggage, close by the train station, my luggage was in perfect condition and safe, I left 5 bags during 5 days and i couldn’t make it time to pick up, so already in the app appeared the option to get 1 more day, fast and easy, for sure gonna choose them again for my next trip

操作简单，去店里前刚好预订，全程毫无问题。在线购买后直接前往门店，工作人员会主动处理，交易非常顺畅。仓储位置超级中心，步行5分钟到火车站，找起来很方便。取件也很轻松，只需出示预订凭证即可。

Easy to use, booked literally right before I went to store and no problem at all. Purchased online, and just go to location, the staff will know what to do, smooth transaction. Super central storage location, just 5min walk to train station, easy to find. Retrieval was easy too, just need to show booking.

我在东京旅行时把行李箱寄存在草津一个晚上。大多数允许长期存放行李箱的地方都是上午 10 点开门，但这里只在上午 8 点开门。出发当天下了很大的雨，所以有很多雨水溅到我的行李箱上，但他们还是仔细地擦拭了行李箱，并把它送到了存放处。如果您清晨乘坐新干线前往上野，并有短途旅行到其他地区，这里是您寄放行李的好地方。

도쿄 여행중 쿠사츠 1박 하려고 suitcase 맡겼습니다. 캐리어 장기 보관 가능한 곳들은 대부분 10시 open인데 이곳만 8시 오픈이더군요. 출발하는날 비가 많이 와서 suitcase에 빗물이 많이 튀었는데 세심하게 닦아주시고 보관장소에 가져다가 놓으시더군요 우에노 기점으로 아침일찍 신칸센타고 다른 지역으로 짧은 여행 하실분들은 여기에 짐 맡기세요
