Great first-time experience using Radical Storage! The location near Jumbo Center is super convenient. I stopped by the day before to ask questions, and the staff was extremely reassuring, polite, and friendly every time. Booking online was super easy, and check-in was fast with the QR code and photo scan. Great price to enjoy the city hands-free. Highly recommended!

Service on the whole was good apart from some confusion on number of bags at collextion. Created a short delay
