Difficoltà nel trovare la sede con le indicazioni disponibili, entrambe le vie (fornita dalla mappa, oppure indicata) sono errate. Abbiamo perso 1 ora del nostro tempo a trovare il posto e il receptionist non dopo 3 chiamate non riusciva ad inviare l’indirizzo corretto nemmeno tramite whatsapp. Consiglio di aggiornare entrambi gli indirizzi, assegno comunque 3 stelle perché ottima la posizione.

The service was excellent, the nicest guy with the most positive welcoming attitude

It was really easy to leave and pickup our luggage in the shop provided. It was a vape shop in the middle of Brussels a block away from the Grand Place. Google GPS originally said it was a minute walk from the Brussels-Centraal train station. It was more like a 10-minute walk from the station…on cobble stones. We went into the shop, told the man at desk we reserved online, he made us take a pic of our ticket. Know that you are not leaving these in a locker. The man put the bags in an office. We came back, showed him the pic and he brought them out. Quick and easy.
