Our luggage was well taken care of. Great service!

There were two app based storage providers in the vicinity of Pisa Centrale station, Bounce and Radical. Prices on Radical seemed much fairer so I paid the maximum price because I was needing to store a bicycle box for six days. However when I went to drop off the box the shopkeeper did nothing but complain, saying I hadn't paid enough and I should be paying €150. I told him I'd paid the maximum I could and left. When I returned after six days he continued to complain, saying he'd lost money.

Service was ok. Attendant was a bit brash . Location and convenience was spot on. Despite the experience for Pisa I will defo use the service again .

I was expecting them to store the luggage sort of ”locked away” but it was standing in the shop the whole time. It was ok , we got our bags back but it just felt a bit unsafe.
