I gotta say, using Radical Storage was the smoothest part of my whole trip to New York City period. My previous experience with storage was paying like $15 an hour at a train station so the flat daily rate was an absolute steal for me and my husband. We left our two suitcases at a small bodega near the bus terminal, the guy working there tagged them securely and stored them out of sight, and he even helped us with directions. We had total peace of mind for the whole day knowing the bags was insured for $3,000 each, which is an amazing feature included in the price. I highly recommend travelers use this digital service instead of wasting time looking for physical lockers.

Radical Storage has truly perfected the decentralized storage model right next to major transport hubs. After a week of hiking, my backpack was filthy and enormous, making the train journey home daunting. Dropping it off a few yards from the Waverley platform allowed me to enjoy a final, light lunch and a stress-free walk in the city center. The flat rate was very competitive compared to the expensive station options, and the digital receipt and confirmation gave me instant confidence in the system. Pickup was just as quick as drop-off. An outstanding, reliable service that solved my final logistical nightmare.
