Quando cheguei o local não estava aberto e era o horário de expediente, tive que ligar para o número que estava no quadro e esperar pelo senhor. Na recolha o mesmo, apesar de ser simpático e seguro senti-me um pouco desiludida

When I arrived the place was not open and it was the business hours, had to call the number at the board and wait for the gentleman. On the pick up the same, even though it was friendly and safe I felt let down a bit

The person in the store was very kind and friendly and we felt really safe leaving most of our belongings with them, while we could enjoy the Cape Town center backpack-free!
