De receptioniste in het hotel was aardig, maar ik was verbaasd dat onze koffers in een heel kleine hotelgang moesten worden achtergelaten, zichtbaar vanaf de straat, niet in een aparte kamer. Ze legden uit dat ze er vanaf 16.00 uur niet meer zouden zijn en vroegen me een foto te maken van de deurcode. Hoewel de tassen toen achter een gesloten deur stonden, had in zekere zin iedereen met de code, iedereen die in het hotel verbleef, iedereen die langsliep toen de deur dichtging, mogelijk toegang tot de tassen. De site heeft meer informatie nodig over de details van de opslag.

The receptionist at the hotel was nice, but I was surprised that our bags were to be left in a very tiny hotel corridor, visible from the street, not in a separate room. They explained they wouldn't be there from 4pm, and asked me to take a photo of the door code. While the bags were then behind a locked door, in a sense, anyone with the code, anyone staying in the hotel, anyone walking past as the door was shutting potentially had access to bags. Site needs more info on specifics of storage.

Smooth, well priced, but not totally as advertised.

Our experience with radical storage was overall a positive one. It was priced well and at a convenient location (Sydney Boutique Hotel). However, the website touted that the bags would be guarded by an actual human and not stuffed in traditional lockers. The human guards at this location wrapped up their day between 4-6 pm. For the next few hours are bags would be on their own by the reception desk. You did need a code to get in but if anyone walking by felt mischievous our bags may not have been there when we got back. But after reading through all the reviews we found no instances of bags going missing. Given the lack of other options we rolled the dice and left our bags. To our delight the bags were still there at 10pm. So if you’re cool leaving your luggage unattended for a few hours behind a locked door then book with radical. However, if the aforementioned makes you nervous, look elsewhere.

駅に近く、またホテルということもあって一定のセキュリティは保たれています。ほかの場所と異なり、割と遅くまで預かってくれる点もポイントが高いです。シドニーの地下鉄は0時を回っても少しは走っているので、そのギリギリまで荷物を預けたいというニーズを満たしています。
