Very easy to find in the station to drop off our bags. The app was helpful in giving precise directions to drop off location. I would use this service again.

서비스는 간단하고 훌륭합니다. 먼저 부팅을 하면 앱에서 짐을 맡길 가게가 어디인지 알려줍니다. 하지만 그 사람은 앱 사용 경험이 매우 부족했습니다. 체크인을 제대로 하지 않았어요. 제가 짐을 고르고 나서 계산을 할 수 없었어요. 그런 다음 그들은 기본적으로 체크인과 체크아웃을 했지만 앱에서 결제를 인식하지 못했습니다. 며칠 후 앱에서 해당 수하물을 찾아야 한다는 알림을 받았습니다. 그래서 고객 서비스 센터에 전화해 예약을 취소하고 차액을 지불하지 않았어요. 사용법을 배우면 좋은 서비스입니다. 체크인을 제대로 했는지 확인하고 그들이 말하는 것을 믿지 마세요.

The service is nice and simple. You need to first boot and then the app will tell you which is the shop that will take your luggage. However the person was very unexperienced with using the app. They did not do the checking correctly. When I picked my luggage then they could not do the checkout. Then they basically checked me in and out but the app did not recognized the checkout. After a few days a got a reminder from the app that I had to pick that luggage. I had to call assistance to cancel that booking and not pay the difference. The service is nice if they learn how to use it. Please if you use it chekx that they have check you in correctly and do not trust what they tell you.
