More Attentive Host Needed

이 가게에서 여행 가방을 보관하는 것은 이번이 두 번째이며 첫 번째는 좋았고 두 번째는 그 반대였습니다. 내가 수거 시간에 도착했을 때 가게 주인은 거기에 없었고 나를 확인할 수 있는 앱도 없는 그의 아내만 있었습니다. 그녀는 그를 찾아 다시 데려오기 위해 가게를 떠나야 했고, 나는 집으로 가는 비행기를 거의 놓칠 뻔했다. 고객이 짐을 찾으려고 할 때 상점에 있지 않는 것은 완전히 프로페셔널하지 않습니다.

This was my second time using this shop to store suitcases, and while the first was good, the second was the opposite. When I arrived at the collection time the shop owner was not there, only his wife who did not even have the app to check me out. She had to leave the shop to go find him and bring him back, making me almost miss the bus for my flight home. Completely unprofessional to not even be in the shop when your customer is meant to be picking up their luggage.

Early Landing but Late Check In? No Problem!

My flight to NZ landed at 6am, check in at my accommodation was at 3pm, there was a screaming child on the overnight flight, I am dead on my feet in Auckland and the last thing I want to do is lug my suitcase around for 9 hours. I googled luggage storage in desperation and was saved! Thank you for coming to my rescue!
