이곳은 포트 오소리티에서 정말 가까워서, 짐이 안전하게 보관될 거라고 확신했어요! 다른 리뷰들을 읽어본 후, 수하물이 고객의 시야에서 벗어나 보관된다는 점 때문에 이 담배 가게(제 인생 처음으로 가본 곳이에요)를 선택했습니다. 포트 오소리티 주변에는 다른 수하물 보관소도 있지만, 그곳을 이용해 본 분들에 따르면 수하물이 누구나 접근할 수 있는 개방된 공간에 놓여 있다고 하더군요. 수하물을 맡기고 찾기도 빠르고 간편했습니다. 도착했을 때 스캔할 QR 코드를 받았고, 맡길 수하물 사진을 찍은 뒤 바로 떠날 수 있었습니다. 맨해튼으로 돌아와 짐을 찾았을 때도 마찬가지로 간편했고, 뉴저지 4일 여행 동안 버스에 짐 3개를 싣고 다닐 필요가 없게 되었습니다! 라디컬 스토리지(Radical Storage)의 고객 서비스는 정말 훌륭했습니다! 원래는 수하물 4개를 예약하고 요금을 지불했지만, 결국 보관해야 할 수하물은 3개뿐이었습니다. 새로운 예약을 하고 요금을 지불한 뒤, Radical Storage 측에서 취소된 예약에 대한 금액을 환불해 주었습니다. 이 모든 과정이 크루즈선에서 내리기 전에 완료되었고, 고객 서비스 담당자 덕분에 정말 수월하게 처리할 수 있었습니다! 수하물이 여러 개이고 보관 기간이 길면 비용이 다소 비싸긴 하지만, 집을 떠나 있는 동안 필요 없는 짐을 들고 다니기 싫을 때 정말 훌륭한 선택지입니다. 수하물 보관이 유일한 선택지라면, 저는 다시 라디컬 스토리지(Radical Storage)를 이용할 것입니다. 제게 가장 큰 문제점은 예약을 완료하기 전까지는 수하물이 어디에 보관될지 알 수 없다는 점과, 수하물이 안전한 공간에 잠겨 보관될지 아니면 노출된 곳에 방치될지 알 수 없다는 점입니다. 다행히도 한 리뷰어가 담배 가게 외관 사진을 올려두어서, 항만청(Port Authority)을 기준으로 위치를 파악할 수 있었습니다. 선택하기 전에 리뷰를 꼭 읽어보세요.

This location is so convenient to the Port Authority, and I was confident our luggage was safe! After reading other reviews, I chose this smoke shop (first time I have ever been in one) because the luggage is stored out of view of customers. There are other storage options in the area of the Port Authority, but people who used those say the luggage is in the open where anyone can access it. Dropping off and picking up our luggage was quick and easy. We had a QR code that was scanned when we arrived, we took a photo of our luggage that we were leaving with them, and we left. Picking up our luggage when we returned to Manhattan was just as easy, and there were 3 pieces of luggage that we didn’t have to take on the bus with us for our 4-day trip to New Jersey! Customer Service at Radical Storage was awesome! I originally reserved and paid for 4 pieces of luggage, but ended up only needing to store 3 pieces. I had to make and pay for a new reservation, then Radical Storage refunded me for the cancelled reservation. It was all done before we got off the cruise ship, and the Customer Service agent made it so easy! It’s a bit pricey when you have multiple bags stored for multiple days, but it is such a great option when you are away from home and don’t want to handle luggage that you don’t need. I would use Radical Storage again, if paying for storage is my only option. My biggest issues are not knowing where you are storing your luggage until after you make the reservation, and whether your luggage will be locked up in a secure space or left in the open. Fortunately for me, a reviewer had a picture of the outside of the smoke shop, and I could find it in relation to the Port Authority. Read reviews before you choose.

정말 대단하네요! 간편하고 편리할 뿐만 아니라, 보관 창고나 호텔 객실보다 비용도 저렴합니다. 도시에 하루 정도 머무르실 계획이라면 이곳 중 한 곳에 짐을 맡겨보세요. 저희가 선택한 곳은 버스/기차역과 매우 가까웠지만, 동시에 약간 외진 곳에 위치해 있어서 짐을 맡기거나 찾으러 갈 때 지나다니는 사람이 많지 않았습니다.

Amazing! Easy, convenient and less expensive than a storage unit or a hotel room. If you are in the city for a day consider dropping off at one of these locations, the one we picked was very close to the bus/train station, but also a bit out of the way so there is not a whole bunch of foot traffic while you are dropping off or picking up
