My bags were handled safely. The storage facility was listed as a cafe. So I thought the bags were being stored maybe in the back room of a cafe. Instead the cafe person went across the street and banged on the door of an apt building where an elderly gentleman eventually came out and accepted the bags. When I returned to collect the bags I banged on the door of the apt. building and the older gentleman brought them back out to me. It worked. But I don’t know if I would have chosen this had I known the bags would be stored in a private residence.
