보관소가 지하에 있다는 것도, 보관 서비스를 제공하는 레스토랑이라는 것도 명확하게 표시되어 있지 않아 찾기가 매우 어려웠습니다.

It was extremely difficult to find the storage house since it was not clearly indicated neither it was at lower lower (underground) nor that it is a restaurant offering storage service

수하물 보관함으로 가는 방법을 더 명확하게 안내하고 실제 수하물 보관 장소에 대한 표지판을 더 많이 설치해야 합니다. 저는 보관함을 찾지 못해 45분 동안 돌아다니다가 쇼핑몰 안의 아무 표시도 없는 식당에 보관함이 있다는 사실을 알게 되었습니다.

There needs to be clearer instructions on how to get to the luggage storage locker, and more signs on the actual place that stores the luggage. I walked around for 45 minutes because I couldn’t find the storage locker before realizing it was in a random, unmarked restaurant inside a mall.

본관 입구에서 위치 찾기에 대한 자세한 내용과 안내를 받으셔야 합니다. 저는 레스토랑을 찾느라 본관 1층을 15분 동안 헤매고 다녔어요. 다행히 4번째로 만난 분이 위치를 알려주셨어요.

You need yo provide more details and instructions on finding your location from the main building entrance. I spent 15 minutes wandering around on the main level searching for your restaurant. Fortunately the 4th person I encountered helped me locate it.
