직원과 수하물 보관소는 매우 친절했습니다. 위치가 역에서 조금 멀고 경사가 가파릅니다. 큰 배낭을 메고 걷기 힘들어요.

Staff and luggage place were very nice. Location is a bit far from station and there is steep slope. It’s hard to walk with big backpack.

좋지만 브리즈번 중앙역과 생각만큼 가깝지는 않습니다(주소가 알려지기 전).

로마 거리나 중앙역에 사물함이 없어서 이용하기 어려웠는데 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있어 만족스러웠습니다.

Pleased that the facility was available as there were no lockers at either Roma Street or Dentral Railway Stations

유일한 부정적인 측면은 77세이고 거동이 불편한 저에게 힘든 오르막길을 걸어야 한다는 점이었습니다. 하지만 이 문제를 해결할 수 있는 방법은 없다고 생각합니다.

The only negative aspect was the long walk uphill which was difficult for me as I am 77 years old and have mobility issues. I suppose there is no way around this problem from your point of vies.

편리함

Handy

짐을 맡기는 것은 편리했지만 반나절 옵션이 있었다면 좋았을 것 같아요. 게다가 역에서 가장 가까운 곳은 예약이 다 찼기 때문에 조금 더 걸어가야 했어요.

Whilst it was handy to drop off my luggage, it would have been great if there was a half day option. Plus the one closest to the station was booked out, so I had to walk a little further.

편리한 보관

Convenient Storage

보관 장소는 공항철도가 출발하는 중앙역에서 가까운 곳이었습니다. 예약은 잘 되었고 2명의 고객 서비스 여성은 친절했습니다. 사실 그 곳은 택배사였기 때문에 짐보관소 이름이 적힌 간판을 앞창문 어딘가에 걸어두는 것도 좋을 것 같다.

The location of the storage place was close to Central Train station where the airport train leaves. The booking worked well and the 2 customer service women were friendly. Because the place was actually a parcel post service, it would be good to put a sign with the name of the luggage storage company somewhere on the front window.
